UX/UI Designer

Our partners, a joint effort between Uzbek and European banks, are building a dynamically growing team with a strong corporate background and a startup-like work environment. The company is developing an international housing ecosystem from scratch — a PropTech + FinTech product unique in Asia and Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to shape digital interfaces and user experiences across the product. Key Responsibilities: — Ensure a positive user experience across digital products and support design, development and testing of interfaces — Conduct user research, field research and analyse insights to improve the product — Lead design workshops with internal business teams — Support product and service concepts and advocate for user needs — Create wireframes and prototypes and validate concepts with mobile-first users in Uzbek and Russian, including users with lower digital literacy — Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces based on the existing design system — Develop and maintain the design system, including Uzbek/Russian and Cyrillic/Latin support, mobile readability and clear form-error states — Create complex, pixel-perfect and interactive designs — Work closely with developers and support the product development process — Contribute to product iterations within an Agile environment and participate in Agile ceremonies Requirements: — 5+ years of professional UX/UI experience — Experience with UX design and research methodologies and design thinking — Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines — Advanced knowledge of Figma and FigJam — Strong understanding of information architecture and visual design principles — Ability to create interface animations — Experience designing native applications — Spoken and written English — B2+ — Uzbek or Russian — Ability to understand business needs, think creatively and proactively contribute throughout the product development process The company offers: — Stable corporate foundation combined with a growing international startup environment — Dynamic on-site team and strong sense of community — Company-provided laptop and phone — Professional training and continuous development opportunities — Long-term employment and a clear career path
