#vacancy 🎰 VIP Account Manager (iGaming) | LATAM We're looking for an experienced and driven VIP Account Manager to join our iGaming team! 🌎 High-level, client‑facing role focused on the VIP and pre‑VIP player segment in the LATAM market. 💎 🔑 Responsibilities: — Identify and develop pre‑VIP players into full VIP status through personalized engagement strategies — Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with current VIP players — Monitor and manage each player's progression through loyalty levels — Proactively identify churn risks and implement timely retention measures — Analyze financial and product metrics across your assigned portfolio — Manage bonuses, benefits, and personalized offers to maximize LTV — Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP players, delivering a white‑glove experience — Collaborate with CRM, product, and finance teams to align incentives with business goals ✅ Requirements: — 3–4+ years of experience in gambling/iGaming, specifically with VIP players — Strong understanding of GGR, NGR, LTV, churn rate, and other key metrics — Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive upsell/retention — Spanish C1+ — mandatory (primary language for LATAM players) — English B2+ (internal company communication) — Experience managing bonuses, promotions, and loyalty programs
