What We're Looking For: ✔ At least 2 years prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining restaurant ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ A positive attitude with a guest‑first approach ✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment ✔ Team player with excellent attention to detail ✔ Knowledge of Mediterranean, Pan‑Asian, and Mexican cuisine is an advantage. What You'll Do: • Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure • Build menu knowledge and confidently recommend food and beverages • Ensure accuracy in order taking and service standards • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area • Work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to create an outstanding dining experience.
