Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our international iGaming team. Requirements: — 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming — Experience on the operator side is a plus — Experience working with Tier 1 GEOs — Strong understanding of RevShare and Hybrid models — Experience working with SEO affiliates — English proficiency at B2 level or higher (Upper-Intermediate+) — A valid Schengen visa or other legal authorization allowing travel within the Schengen Area Nice to have: ✔️ Experience working with other traffic sources ✔️ Ability to analyze affiliate performance metrics (FTD, Deposits, CR, ROI) ✔️ Experience negotiating with affiliates and attending industry conferences What we offer: 📍 Remote 🕐 Full-time 🌍 International iGaming team 📈 Professional development and career growth opportunities ✈️ Participation in major iGaming conferences across Europe 🏖 21 working days of paid annual leave
