AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities — Design and implement production-grade multi-agent systems, including orchestration, routing, memory, tool execution, and fallback strategies — Build multimodal AI workflows and integrate multiple model providers — Develop custom tools, MCP servers, and integrations with internal platform APIs — Analyze existing APIs and codebases to extend platform capabilities where required — Implement testing, evaluation, observability, and reliability practices for AI systems — Investigate and improve agent behavior, performance, and system robustness Required Qualifications — Strong Python backend development experience, including asynchronous services and API integrations — Commercial experience building production multi-agent LLM systems — Experience with modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or PydanticAI — Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, routing, memory, and autonomous workflows — Experience building multimodal AI applications and integrating multiple model providers — Experience with vector databases, caching layers, and AI application infrastructure — Experience implementing testing, debugging, observability, and evaluation practices for AI systems — Familiarity with the gaming industry, analytics, payments, or similar transaction-heavy domains Important: Commercial experience is required; personal projects alone are not sufficient.
