MEDvidi is a US-based AI-powered mental healthcare platform helping patients across 30+ states access treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. We bring together licensed providers, technology, and AI to make care more accessible and give clinicians more time to focus on patients. We're looking for three people to help us improve how patients access care, how our AI agents perform, and how we grow. 🌍 Fully remote | Long-term B2B collaboration | CET working hours. 🎙 AI Product Analyst - Voice AI Agents: Explore how our Voice AI Agents behave in real patient conversations. Investigate failures, evaluate AI quality, and build monitoring that helps teams improve reliability and patient experience. Your background: 3+ years in analytics, strong SQL, Python, and experience with AI-powered products or ML pipelines. 📊 Marketing Data Analyst: Turn marketing data into decisions: uncover funnel issues, measure acquisition performance, and help align patient demand with provider availability. Work closely with marketing and product teams to identify where we can grow more effectively. Your background: 2+ years in marketing analytics, strong SQL, Python, BI tools, and experience with event analytics. 🤖 Senior Product Manager (AI Receptionist): Own a conversational AI product across discovery, delivery, and scaling. Help patients navigate appointments, payments, and care through voice and chat agents connected to real healthcare workflows.
