Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will represent tx.tech, focusing on expanding the company's merchant portfolio, and driving revenue growth within the payments and iGaming industries. 🪐 Responsibilities: ✔️ Drive business development and promote tx.tech payment orchestration solutions; ✔️ Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants and strategic partners; ✔️ Build and maintain relationships with PSPs, payment providers, and iGaming operators; ✔️ Lead commercial discussions, product presentations, and negotiations; ✔️ Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion; ✔️ Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities; ✔️ Represent tx.tech at international industry conferences and networking events; ✔️ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and long-term relationship development. 🪐 Mandatory Requirements: ✔️ Proven B2B business development experience in payments, fintech, or iGaming; ✔️ Strong understanding of payment processing and the iGaming industry; ✔️ Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken; ✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and business development skills; ✔️ Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities. 🪐 Preferred Qualifications: ✔️ Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar commercial role; ✔️ Experience with payment orchestration platforms; ✔️ Knowledge of payment routing, cascading, PSP integrations, and transaction approval rates; ✔️ Established professional network of merchants, PSPs, and iGaming operators; ✔️ Additional languages will be considered an advantage; ✔️ Experience representing payment technology companies at international conferences and networking events. 🪐 What we offer: ✔️ Growth and development opportunities in the fintech domain; ✔️ A no-bureaucracy team culture where your ideas and contributions are valued; ✔️ A cozy office in Limassol — snacks, drinks, PS5, and a stunning rooftop kitchen view — during the probation period, with a flexible format afterward; ✔️ Sports and lunches compensation; ✔️ Team events, private medical insurance after the probation period, additional perks, and full support with work permit arrangements.
