CEO – CIS (B2C iGaming)

APERCON is seeking a senior executive to take overall leadership of a B2C iGaming business focused on CIS markets. Requirements: • 5+ years of senior management experience (CEO, COO, Country Head, or equivalent) in B2C iGaming • Strong background in managing online casino or betting businesses targeting CIS markets • In-depth knowledge of the CIS iGaming landscape and market specifics • Experience in P&L ownership, business development, and strategic decision-making • Fluent Russian/Ukrainian Key Responsibilities: • Take full ownership of the company’s business performance and strategic direction • Lead the development and execution of business strategies for CIS markets • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance
