Chief Commercial Officer

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) A fast-growing international holding is looking for a CCO to scale our aggregator for iGaming platforms and expand into new markets. ▪️What you’ll do ▫️Build and execute the commercial strategy for growth and market expansion ▫️Lead the sales team and own quarterly and annual revenue KPIs ▫️Build strategic partnerships and negotiate key deals ▫️Manage budgets and P&L for commercial initiatives ▫️Work with product, tech and marketing to turn market feedback into better products ▫️Keep commercial operations compliant with gambling regulations ▫️Represent the company at industry events and conferences ▪️What we’re looking for ▫️5+ years in senior commercial or sales roles in gambling, gaming or tech ▫️Proven track record in revenue growth, partnerships and team leadership ▫️Deep knowledge of the iGaming market: trends, regulations, competitors ▫️Strong network in the industry ▫️Experience with B2B sales cycles, HubSpot / Salesforce ▫️English C1 (Spanish or another language is a plus) ▫️Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar (MBA is a plus) ▫️Confident public speaker, ready to travel ▪️What we offer ▫️Remote work or hybrid in Lisbon / Warsaw ▫️Base salary + profit share tied to KPIs ▫️20 paid days off ▫️14 paid sick days ▫️Flexible hours ▫️Corporate events and industry conferences
