The company is expanding its commercial operations and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to attract new business clients, develop long-term relationships, and drive growth in payment processing volumes. About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Chief Operating Officer with strong experience in payment services, PSP operations, or the broader FinTech industry. You will be responsible for managing the company's operational activities, improving business processes, coordinating key departments, and ensuring that payment operations run efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with practical operational management, understands payment infrastructure and financial flows, and has experience building and scaling operations in a regulated environment. Conditions: • Senior management position in a licensed payments company. • Kazakhstan-based candidates preferred; other locations considered. • Frequent business trips to Kazakhstan required for candidates based abroad. • Opportunity to lead and develop operations within a growing FinTech business. • Direct involvement in operational strategy, process optimization, and business growth.
