Role : Demo Manager (India, Global Role) Overview : This is a senior, global role responsible for owning demo infrastructure, global scheduling, demo quality, certification, analytics, and demo-to-revenue conversion. Location: PAN India Exp : 10+ Years Role requires US timezone overlap Immediate - 15 days joiners Responsibilities #Own All Demo Environments. #Manage Global Demo Scheduling #Evaluate and Categorize the Global Demo Team #Training & Certification Program #Conversion Metrics & Revenue Analytics #Demo Quality Control #Global Demo Recording Library Skills : #Strong Kubernetes, cloud, container, and DevOps knowledge including automation and scripting. #Understanding of AI/ML workflows, databases, storage, and networking. #Understanding security hardening requirements for a shared demo lab. #Experience managing demo operations or sales engineering functions. #Strong analytical, reporting, and operational leadership capabilities.
