DevSecOps Engineer

We’re looking for our first DevSecOps Engineer to join our DevOps team and help build and shape our infrastructure security foundations. 📍We are looking for candidates already based in Cyprus Limassol - or we could also accept candidates who will start as remote with the flexibility to relocate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building security processes from the ground up, and making a real impact in a growing team. 🔐 What you’ll work on: Building and improving identity and access management, secrets management, and secure infrastructure access. Strengthening Linux and cloud security, VPNs, and SSL/TLS certificate management. Integrating security checks into GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Improving infrastructure protection, incident response, and security practices. Helping define safe practices for AI tools and AI agents with infrastructure access. 🛠 Who we’re looking for: Someone with 5+ years of experience in DevOps or system administration, strong Linux skills, hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform, and a solid understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management, and secrets management. Beyond technical expertise, we value ownership, clear communication, and a practical approach to security - finding solutions rather than simply saying “no.” 🌱 Why this role? You’ll have the opportunity to build our DevSecOps foundations from scratch, collaborate closely with our DevOps Lead, and take ownership of a critical area of our infrastructure. - English proficiency is mandatory.
