Finance Director | CFO

Private Family Office. Key Responsibilities: Oversee consolidated budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, and expenditure across the Family Office. Establish financial reporting and cost-control systems for property portfolios, construction projects, and operational facilities. CAPEX, operating expenses, and budget performance. Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support investment and capital allocation decisions. Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance across multiple entities. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisers, and other external financial partners. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant finance experience, including senior financial management responsibilities. Fluent in both Russian and English. Experience in a Family Office, real estate, investment, or a complex international business environment. Strong expertise in financial planning, modelling, reporting, and cash flow management. Proven ability to manage a finance team and implement financial processes. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage. Big Four or investment banking experience. High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders in a confidential environment.
