💳 FinTech | Acquiring | Payment Operations An international FinTech company is looking for a Financial Operations Specialist who knows how payment flows work, enjoys working with numbers, and can turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. This role goes beyond routine reconciliations — we're looking for someone who can investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and improve financial processes. 🎯 What you'll be doing: • Reconcile transactions, commissions, payouts, and settlements • Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or unusual operations • Investigate reconciliation issues and resolve complex cases independently • Work with acquiring, banking, and settlement data • Prepare financial reports and improve reconciliation processes 🔎 What we're looking for: • 2+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, or Financial Operations • ❗ Hands-on experience in acquiring is a must! • Strong understanding of settlements, transaction flows, and reconciliations • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including formulas and pivot tables • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills ✨ Why join? • International FinTech and payments environment • Opportunity to work with complex financial operations and data • Direct involvement in improving reconciliation and operational efficiency
