Head of Back Office (Digital Assets)

The Vault is looking for a hands-on Head of Back Office to take full ownership of back-office operations for our Digital Assets business. You will run the daily operations: executing client orders, settling in crypto and fiat, doing daily and monthly reconciliations, keeping client records and reporting. You will also build and automate the processes behind this work and make sure regulatory reporting under CASP and MiCAR is accurate and on time. We’re looking for someone with back-office experience in digital assets or financial services who has prepared regulatory reports for CySEC or a similar authority, and who is comfortable both executing and improving processes. Knowledge of the Cyprus regime and MiCAR, or a CySEC certificate, is a strong plus.
