Head of Performance Creative

I'm recruiting on behalf of a partnering company for a strategic & hands-on Head of Performance Creative to lead creative strategy, funnels, and performance optimization for a fast-growing financial brand! 📌 Key Responsibilities: • Lead creative strategy, weekly A/B testing cycles & performance optimization. • Own landing page & conversion funnel performance to lower acquisition costs. • Oversee UGC, video ads, static assets & AI-assisted production at scale. • Analyze creative KPIs (CTR, CPA, fatigue) & lead a high-performing creative team. 📌 Requirements: • Senior experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or growth marketing leadership. • Proven ownership of landing page CRO & structured creative testing with real ad budgets. • Experience managing creative teams, direct-response ads, UGC & AI production.
