MOSCOW TASKS • Organizing the search for and selection of suppliers of process equipment and skid-mounted (packaged) equipment; • Organizing the technical evaluation and approval of supplier proposals; • Preparing supplier selection decisions; • Analyzing the market and attracting new suppliers to participate in tender procedures; • Determining the lowest achievable price and the cost basis of purchased equipment; REQUIREMENTS • At least 3 years of experience as a procurement manager for complex process equipment (compressor units, pumping units, modular/block-type units, static equipment, power equipment, etc.); • Knowledge of the manufacturer and supplier market for the specified equipment categories; • Experience working with the Chinese market; • Knowledge of supplier analysis and evaluation methods; • Willingness to travel on business trips.
