🚀 WE ARE HIRING! 💻 IT Lead / Senior System Administrator 🏢 International Fintech Company 📍 Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾 💰 Competitive Salary (based on experience) 🔥 We are looking for an experienced IT Lead / Senior System Administrator to join a growing international fintech company and take full ownership of internal IT infrastructure and operations. 🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 🔹 Manage corporate IT infrastructure, networks, VPNs and office systems 🔹 Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and other SaaS platforms 🔹 Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, IT support and access management 🔹 Oversee endpoint management, MDM solutions and device security 🔹 Implement IT security policies, MFA, SSO and access controls 🔹 Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendors and documentation 🔹 Improve and automate internal IT processes 🎯 REQUIREMENTS: ✅ Strong background in System Administration / IT Operations ✅ Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, MDM, VPNs and corporate networks ✅ Solid understanding of IT security best practices ✅ Experience managing SaaS tools and user access ✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations ✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 🌟 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A proactive, hands-on Senior System Administrator / IT Operations professional who is ready to take full responsibility for the company's internal IT environment and drive improvements.
