Legal Director

TASKS • Lead and develop the legal function across all business units of the holding • Advise the CEO and shareholders on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters • Structure and negotiate key contracts, including international agreements with partners and suppliers • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulation and corporate governance standards • Manage legal risks, disputes, and relations with external counsel REQUIREMENTS • Law degree and 8+ years of legal practice, including 3+ years leading a legal team • Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law of Uzbekistan • Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or another regulated industry is an advantage
