Media Sales Manager / Digital Marketing Executive

We're looking for a Media Sales Manager / Digital Marketing Executive to join our office in Nicosia, Cyprus. It's an international company in the online advertising space that works with advertisers and partners across many markets. You'll join the commercial team and combine sales with data-driven marketing: you'll bring in new advertisers, grow existing accounts and help their campaigns perform better. What matters: - You already live in Cyprus and are ready to work from the office in Nicosia. - Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field - Experience online marketing or ad sales is a big plus - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail -Confident with Excel / Google Sheets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Fluent English, written and spoken What you'll do: 🔹 Find and contact potential advertisers and generate high-quality leads 🔹 Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets 🔹 Suggest and test new flows based on advertisers' needs 🔹 Grow existing accounts by finding upsell opportunities 🔹 Optimize campaigns and run A/B tests to improve results 🔹 Analyze sales and marketing data and turn it into actionable insights 🔹 Maintain relationships with current partners and find new business opportunities 🔹 Represent the company at industry events from time to time 📩📩 Ready to combine sales and marketing and grow with the team?
