Payment Operations Specialist

🔥 We are looking for a hands-on Payment Operations Specialist to own the technical side of our money flow: routing, cascading, approval rates, deposits, withdrawals and payment antifraud. Our payment orchestrator is built in-house, so you'll shape how the system works, not just operate it. 🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 🔹 Own approval rates and deposit conversion across cards, local APMs and crypto 🔹 Configure routing, smart routing (BIN, geo, amount, client history) and retry cascading 🔹 Analyse decline codes and funnels, find where money is lost and drive the fixes 🔹 Manage deposits, withdrawals and PSP incidents; set SLAs and playbooks 🔹 Own payment antifraud rules and automated withdrawal approval together with Dealing 🔹 Write requirements for the in-house orchestrator, cashier, monitoring and alerting 🔹 Handle reconciliation and provider balances together with Finance 🎯 REQUIREMENTS: ✅ 3+ years in payment operations in a high-risk vertical (Forex/CFD, Crypto, iGaming) ✅ Hands-on experience configuring routing, cascading and antifraud rules yourself ✅ Proven impact on approval rates or conversion, with numbers before and after ✅ Strong analytical skills: decline codes, funnels, data-driven decisions ✅ Experience with incident handling, SLAs and payment processes ✅ Basic SQL to check the numbers yourself ✅ English and Russian
