Product Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to shape mobile-first consumer experiences across chat, character creation, monetisation, and AI-powered interactive features. ✨ What you’ll do: Own end-to-end product design, from concept to execution Design polished UI/UX for mobile-first consumer products Create interactive prototypes and explore new AI-powered experiences Work closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers, and founders Drive product strategy through strong visual and interaction design Take ownership of key product areas in a fast-paced, fully remote environment 🎯 What we’re looking for: 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience Proven experience shipping mobile-first products at scale Exceptional visual design skills and a strong portfolio Advanced Figma and prototyping skills Daily use of AI tools for design, prototyping, or content generation Ability to explain your AI tools and workflows Strong ownership, autonomy, and async communication skills Willingness to work initially on a B2B / contractor basis Comfortable working with adult-content product experiences Nice to have: Experience in NSFW, dating, AI companionship, or social platforms Subscription products, monetisation, or gamification experience Motion design, 3D, illustration, or front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) 🎁 What’s offered: Fully remote work — from anywhere 4 weeks of paid time off Health allowance and learning budget Premium AI tools provided High autonomy and direct collaboration with senior leadership and founders Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities
