Product Manager

🚀 International fintech holding Quadcode is looking for a Product Manager for Clients Experience team who will be in charge of the Trader loyalty program. Level: Senior 🔥 What you’ll be doing: • Direct impact on key metrics: CR to FTD, LTV, Retention, Revenue; • Extensive testing opportunities — dozens of hypotheses, mechanics, and interface experiments; • Transparent and measurable results — you will see them in money, and not "by sight"; • The impact on the user experience of thousands of customers — bonuses are always visible; • Close collaboration with analysts, designers and engineers; • The opportunity to realize your own vision of an ideal bonus system. ⚡️ What’s important: • Proven experience in Trading, Brokerage or Financial Markets and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have); • Data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success; • Skills in task setting for development and design, backlog prioritization, and preparation of A/B tests; • Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces; • Understanding of business hypotheses, ability to validate and support them with data; • Ability to find balance between user value and product economics; • Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian language. • English from Upper Intermediate level
