#вакансия #vacancy #iGaming #ProductManager #remote Product Manager 📍 Remote | Full-time Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: roadmap, discovery, delivery, and post-launch analysis • Drive key product metrics: FTD, GGR, LTV, and retention • Formulate and prioritize product hypotheses based on data • Develop bonus mechanics, welcome flows, loyalty programs, and VIP features • Analyze funnels and cohorts, run A/B tests, and turn insights into product improvements • Collaborate with platforms such as SoftSwiss/TrueLab, game providers, and PSPs • Work closely with development, design, analytics, marketing, and compliance teams • Improve UX across onboarding, payments, KYC, and withdrawals Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager • Experience in iGaming, crypto, or betting is required • Experience working with LATAM markets • Strong product analytics skills: funnels, cohorts, and A/B testing • Understanding of casino economics: GGR, RTP, bonuses, and bonus abuse • Experience with platforms such as GR8Tech • Ownership mindset and strong decision-making skills • English level — Intermediate or higher We offer: • Remote work • Competitive compensation • A friendly and professional team • 21 working days of paid vacation Join our team —
