PSP Operations Specialist

PayDepot team is looking for a PSP Operations Specialist to join us in Limassol, Cyprus. Join us for a full-time role in a fast-paced fintech environment! Requirements: Around 1 year of experience in fintech, payment operations, customer support, or a similar role. Basic understanding of payment processing and payment methods. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams. Fluent Russian. Nice to have: Knowledge of card payments, APMs, local payment methods, transaction statuses, decline codes, or payment logs. Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, or operational tools.
