🔥 We are looking for a Recruiter with Spanish (Portuguese is a big plus) to join a fast-growing international fintech company that is expanding into Latin America. Most of the hiring is for Sales, Retention and Customer Support roles. 🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 🔹 Run full-cycle recruitment, from intake to signed offer and onboarding handover 🔹 Lead high-volume hiring for Sales, Retention and Customer Support teams (mainly LatAm) 🔹 Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals and talent pools 🔹 Screen candidates, run structured interviews and assess test tasks 🔹 Work closely with hiring managers on role profiles, scorecards and hiring plans 🔹 Work with agencies, BPO partners and outstaff providers 🔹 Keep the ATS up to date and track hiring metrics 🔹 Improve recruitment processes, templates and candidate experience 🎯 REQUIREMENTS: ✅ Spanish – fluent / native (required) ✅ Portuguese – a strong plus 🇧🇷 ✅ English B2+ ✅ 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment ✅ Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, direct outreach) ✅ Experience with an ATS and a data-driven approach to the hiring funnel ✅ Comfortable working remotely in an international team across time zones or office work (Limassol) is also an option
