Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join an international FinTech company operating in the electronic money and payments industry. 🎯 What you'll be working on: • Drafting and updating regulatory policies and internal procedures • Ensuring business operations comply with UK regulatory requirements • Monitoring regulatory changes and identifying compliance gaps • Conducting counterparty due diligence, KYC/KYB and onboarding checks • Assessing payment flows, business models and regulatory risks • Collaborating with Legal, Compliance and Operations teams 🔎 What we're looking for: • Experience in UK Regulatory Compliance, ideally within an EMI or payments company • Strong understanding of the UK regulatory framework for Electronic Money Institutions • Hands-on experience drafting compliance policies and procedures • Knowledge of payment services, AML/CTF and counterparty due diligence • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into effective operational processes ⭐ Nice to have: Knowledge of Latvian financial regulations and Russian language proficiency. 💼 What to expect: • Direct involvement in UK EMI regulatory compliance • Opportunity to shape and improve internal compliance processes • Compensation and working arrangements discussed individually
