Sales Manager / BDM

We’re hiring a Sales Manager / BDM for an international FinTech company with a complete business payments platform: multi-currency accounts, payment gateway with local payment methods, corporate cards, FX and crypto, all in one place. 💼 What you’ll do • Own the full merchant sales cycle, from first contact to closing and go-live • Bring in new merchants through your network, industry events and your own outreach • Sell the full product suite and work with the founders, compliance and onboarding to get merchants live fast • Represent the company at SiGMA, SBC, ICE, iFX EXPO and company-sponsored events ☑️ What we’re looking for: • 3+ years in B2B sales or business development in payments or FinTech, ideally on the provider side (EMI, PSP, gateway, acquirer) • Experience selling payment or FinTech products to merchants • A hunter who builds their own pipeline and closes self-sourced deals • Fluent Russian and English at B2+ level • Based in Limassol • Bonus: an established network of merchants and payment decision-makers in Cyprus 🎁 What we’re offering: • Competitive base salary plus attractive commission • Official employment contract • Direct work with the founders, with no bureaucracy • An easy product to sell, with a full sales toolkit • Strong brand presence at top industry events
