Beyond paid media, our expertise spans Organic Social, Organic Search, and Generative Engine Optimisation. To support our growth, we are looking for a proactive and independent Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team on a permanent, full-time remote basis. Your Impact & Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Hands-on optimization and management of CPC campaigns across Yandex Direct and Google Ads. • Analytics & AI: Conduct daily performance analytics on paid media campaigns, leveraging advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as necessary to optimize output and workflow. • Reporting & Client Relations: Build clear, insightful client reports in PowerPoint / Google Slides and present them via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet (in both English and Russian). • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Junior Analysts by delegating tasks, balancing their workloads, and ensuring high standards while operating individually without close supervision. What You Bring: • Certifications: Valid Yandex Direct Advanced Certificate & Google Ads Search Professional Certification. • Proven Track Record: At least 2 consecutive years of recent experience managing Yandex Direct campaigns (be prepared to share anonymized/NDA-compliant screenshots or client reports during the selection process). • Languages: Native or bilingual Russian (our internal primary working language) + fluent English (minimum at B2, supported by IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent certification). • Technical & Presentation Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint. • Remote Setup: A reliable 24/7 internet connection, external monitor, headset with a microphone, and a webcam for video meetings and conference calls. • Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (your local time, Monday - Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break). Alternative schedules can be discussed during the interview. • (optional): Experience running Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat will be your competitive advantage.
