🚀 Andersen is hiring a Senior Go Developer! 📍 Location: EU, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, Moldova, Montenegro 💼 Experience: 5+ years as a Go Developer. 🇬🇧 English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨: 🔹 Design and build scalable, reliable backend services 🔹 Drive architecture and technical research 🔹 Own services in production, including observability (metrics, logging, tracing) 🔹 Mentor engineers and take part in code reviews 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫: ✅ 5+ years of commercial backend experience in high-load environments ✅ Strong Go (generics, reflection, unsafe, custom sync primitives) ✅ Advanced SQL (replication, partitioning, sharding, query optimization) ✅ Redis in high-load systems ✅ gRPC and message brokers, microservice architecture ✅ Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS or similar ✅ Solid unit and integration testing ✅ English Intermediate+ 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞: ⭐️ Kafka / NATS / RabbitMQ ⭐️ Terraform / Pulumi ⭐️ Go profiling (pprof, trace) ⭐️ AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) 📩 Interested?
