An international company organizing transfers, intercity travel, and delegation support for corporate clients, business travelers, and VIP guests. We’re looking for an experienced professional who stays calm, finds solutions when things go wrong, and leads junior colleagues. What you’ll do: - Manage orders of any complexity: VIP, groups, multi-day programs, roadshows - Resolve urgent situations in real time: flight delays, driver changes, last-minute plan changes - Find and vet drivers and carriers in new cities - Lead and support junior colleagues Who we’re looking for: - Experience on the organizing side of tourism or events: DMC, transfers, event agency, tour management, tour guiding, VIP concierge - Experience leading people: a team, a shift, or junior colleagues - C1 English: you can negotiate by phone with partners in a conflict or force majeure, without preparation - Fluent spoken Ukrainian - Fluent spoken Russian - Calm under pressure, able to solve a problem you’ve never faced before - Main working hours 15:00–00:00 UTC, plus weekends on a rotating basis We offer: - B2B contract - VIP clients and interesting projects worldwide - Base salary plus a bonus on every order - Pay and level reviewed every six months
