Senior Payment Manager

Looking for an experienced Senior Payment Manager to own and scale our payment ecosystem across LATAM. Key Responsibilities: - Source, onboard, and manage fiat & crypto PSPs - Negotiate fees, limits, and settlement terms - Optimize payment routing and deposit approval rates - Coordinate integrations with Tech & Product teams - Monitor PSP performance, settlements, and reconciliation - Reduce processing costs and improve payment conversion Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in payments / PSP management - Strong knowledge of LATAM payment methods (PIX, bank transfers, cards, e-wallets) - Experience with crypto payments is a plus - Strong negotiation and analytical skills - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus What We Offer: - Opportunity to shape payment strategy in a fast-growing market - Dynamic team and fast decision-making - Paid vacation and additional benefits
