Senior / Staff Software Engineer — High-Performance C++ / Python

We're looking for a highly skilled, hands-on engineer to build a high-performance cloud platform for a new automotive connectivity project. This role is focused on complex, performance-critical backend systems, not conventional web applications or CRUD services. What we're looking for: -Strong production C++ and solid Python skills -Proven experience building high-load, low-latency, or high-throughput server systems -Deep knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, async I/O, and performance optimization -Experience with distributed systems, networking, TCP/IP, and fault tolerance -Strong Linux and systems engineering background -Ability to design architecture and deliver working solutions independently -Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) Big plus: telecom infrastructure, network servers, real-time data processing, IoT, or automotive connectivity. You'll help build a new platform from scratch, own critical technical decisions, and deliver an initial PoC in a small engineering team. Senior+/Staff-level expertise is welcome, but this is a hands-on individual contributor role — not a people management position.
