Social Media Marketing Specialist

🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Specialist What you’ll do: Manage social media channels: Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram and WhatsApp Create engaging content: short videos, memes, match previews, live reactions and promotional posts Manage online communities, comments and DMs Coordinate giveaways, influencer collaborations and ambassador campaigns Track performance metrics and optimise content for reach, engagement and conversions Monitor social media trends, competitors and iGaming industry updates Cover live events on a rotating evening and weekend basis What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, ideally in iGaming, sports media or a regulated industry Fluent English Hands-on video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar) Experience with social media management and analytics tools Understanding of iGaming advertising restrictions and organic growth strategies Strong meme culture awareness, creativity and attention to detail Based in Cyprus and available for occasional evening and weekend shifts ⭐️ Nice to have: Spanish and/or Portuguese Experience working with influencers and streamers Canva, Figma or Photoshop skills Knowledge of affiliate marketing, UTM tracking, betting markets and casino products 🎁 What’s offered: Performance-based bonus 21 days of annual leave 6 paid sick days + 4 personal days per year Daily lunch provided Sports benefit Access to industry events and conferences Supportive, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment 📩 Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
