Talent Acquisition Manager | AI / AdTech I’m looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Manager to join a fast-growing AI company automating performance marketing and managing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual ad spend. What you’ll do: - Build and optimize recruitment processes from scratch. - Lead proactive sourcing and market mapping. - Hire top talent in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer. - Track hiring metrics and improve funnel performance. - Develop employer branding and leverage AI recruiting tools. Who we’re looking for: - Strong sourcing skills and experience building recruitment systems. - Deep understanding of Performance Marketing / AdTech / UA. - Proven experience hiring performance marketing specialists and leaders. - Data-driven approach to recruitment. - Fluent Russian and English are a must. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - AI-native mindset. ✨ Nice to have: Executive search experience, SaaS / AdTech recruitment, or experience building TA operations from zero to one.
