Trading Operations Specialist

Our proprietary trading platform and integration with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) provide our clients with a robust and versatile trading experience. What you’ll be doing: Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps Manage trading sessions, market openings/closings, and instrument configurations Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues Analyze spread widening, latency, and execution quality (markouts, slippage) Assist in optimizing routing and aggregation settings What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in Trading Operations, Dealing Desk, or a brokerage environment Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets Familiarity with trading platforms Python scripting skills — ability to write and maintain automation scripts for monitoring, data extraction, reconciliation, and routine operational tasks SQL skills — writing queries (joins, aggregations, window functions) against trading and client databases for investigation, reporting, and anomaly detection.
