Treasury Manager Expert/Lead (Digital Assets)

The Vault is looking for a hands-on Treasury Manager Expert to own and build the treasury function across a multi-entity group, covering both fiat and digital asset flows. This is a build role. Today the group processes several hundred payments a month — payroll, taxes, intercompany transfers and operational spend — and most of it is still tracked manually. You will take this from ad hoc to structured: set up the payment calendar, approval workflows and standard payment requests, automate what can be automated, and run a growing crypto treasury workstream alongside fiat operations. The pace is high and the daily volume doesn't let up, so we're looking for someone who has done this before in a lean environment and knows how to plan, prioritise and delegate.
