Treasury Specialist

We’re looking for a Treasury Specialist for a new international payment company working with iGaming and other high-risk industries. The role is all about keeping payment flows under control - from PSP settlements and merchant payouts to fiat & crypto balances and transaction reconciliation. Your focus: • Managing fiat and crypto settlements • Monitoring balances, transactions and payouts • Calculating fees, holds and rolling reserves • Investigating payment discrepancies and delays • Working with PSPs, merchants and internal teams What you’ll need: - Understanding of PSPs, payment flows and settlements - Experience in Treasury, Payments, Finance Ops or Reconciliation is a plus - Basic knowledge of crypto wallets and transactions - Good Excel / Google Sheets skills - Attention to detail and English B1+ What’s in it for you? - International fintech environment - Hands-on experience with real payment operations - Support during onboarding and room to grow - Fully remote / full-time - Competitive compensation in USDT Schedule: 5/2 initially.
