Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming (Casino & Sportsbook). • Experience working with Tier-1 markets. • English C1 or higher. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Experience with CRM systems and analytics is a plus. Responsibilities: • Managing and developing the VIP player database. • Building long-term relationships with VIP players. • Providing high-quality 24/7 player support. • Creating personalized offers and improving retention. • Monitoring player activity and analyzing performance. • Collaborating with internal teams.
